Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used mouthpieces and opened flavor/filter packs cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at aeris0681@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at aeris0681@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for return. If an item has been handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
