Welcome to Pure Aura.
Pure Aura is the name of this online store. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Pure Aura online store.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, content, features and tools.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Aeris products are intended for adult use only. By purchasing Aeris products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address and payment details.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, packaging, appearance and details may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, production batch or supplier updates.
Aeris is a nicotine-free consumer product designed to provide flavored airflow and support a replacement hand-to-mouth ritual. Aeris does not contain nicotine, tobacco, smoke, vapor or combustion.
Aeris is not a medical device, medicinal product, smoking cessation medication or healthcare treatment. We do not guarantee that using Aeris will make you quit smoking or achieve any specific health result.
If you have a medical condition, allergy, respiratory issue, sensitivity to fragrances or flavors, or concerns about using the product, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Use Aeris only as intended. Do not eat, swallow, burn, modify, break, refill or misuse the product or its flavor/filter components.
Keep all products and small parts away from children and pets. For hygiene reasons, do not share mouthpieces with other people.
We reserve the right to change, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel or limit any order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect customer information or other legitimate reasons.
Your order is accepted when we confirm the order and begin processing it. If we cancel or cannot accept your order, we will contact you using the email address or contact details provided at checkout and, where applicable, refund any payment already received.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.
The final price, including applicable taxes, shipping costs and any additional charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and/or Shopify-supported payment systems. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
If there is an obvious pricing error, technical error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
We currently use Speedy courier service for deliveries, unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed with the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, high order volume or circumstances outside our control.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, physically receives the goods.
If you choose your own carrier outside the delivery options offered by us, the risk may pass when the goods are handed over to that carrier, in accordance with applicable law.
Please make sure your delivery information is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
We offer a 30-day return window, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, contact us at aeris0681@gmail.com. You may also use any electronic withdrawal or return function made available on our website.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed mouthpieces and sealed flavor/filter packs cannot be returned if they have been opened after delivery and are no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or Bulgarian law.
SECTION 7 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at aeris0681@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
SECTION 8 — LEGAL GUARANTEE AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers in the European Union have statutory rights if goods are defective, not as described, unsafe, incomplete or not in conformity with the contract.
These statutory rights include a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for consumer goods under EU consumer protection rules, subject to applicable national law.
This legal guarantee is separate from any commercial return policy we may offer.
Nothing in these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, product descriptions or product disclaimers removes or limits your mandatory legal rights as a consumer.

All content on our website, including text, product names, designs, images, graphics, logos, branding, videos, layout, product descriptions and other materials, belongs to Pure Aura, Aeris, our partners, suppliers, licensors or other rights holders.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and the operator of the Pure Aura online store, not between you and Shopify.
